Multivariable Grid-Forming Converters With Direct States Control

چکیده
This paper presents an improved multi-input multi-output based grid-forming (MIMO-GFM) converter control method using multivariable feedback control. Although the original MIMO-GFM is proven to be superior and robust only low-order controllers, it easily affected by high-frequency components, particularly for without inner cascaded voltage current loops when connected into a strong grid. The proposed selects frequency internal as state variables directly controlled while effectively eliminating impact of components increasing system complexity. $\mathcal {H}_{\infty }$ synthesis used tune parameters obtain optimized performance. Experimental results system-level simulations verify effectiveness method.
